Ivy Kids Systems is a Texas-based childcare franchisor that provides a proven operating system and support to our school and our director.
As a director overseeing an Ivy Kids School, you will be provided and will implement Ivy Kids proprietary curriculum and program, meaning that you will not need to create these materials from scratch! You will also be joining a network of other highly-qualified directors and will receive ongoing training and development through Ivy Kids Systems Director workshops.

years experience as a Center Director at a school with 200
children Passion for Early Childhood Development and puts children first Passion for working in a high-quality, high performing environment Desire to build a positive, happy and fair environment for staff and families Great communication skills to work with owners, staff and families Deep-knowledge of Texas Child Care minimum standards Extensive experience in budgeting, recruitment, staffing and scheduling Strong background in Early Childhood Development such as an advanced degree in education, a CDA or multiple years of teaching experience Great technology skills with extensive experience of Microsoft Office, G-Suite and Social Media A personable demeanor and an ability to give great tours and forge deep community relationships Deep knowledge and experience in marketing and increasing enrollment Ability to follow a proven franchise system Experience of successfully opening a new center is an added advantage If you are an empathetic individual with a keen interest and love for children, then you are the right fit for us.
As a Center Director, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our school's operation including but not limited to carrying out policies and procedures, maintaining budgets and performing all tasks required to stay in compliance with Texas Licensing regulations.
