Our Med Spa in Fulshear Texas is COMING SOON ! We are seeking an energetic, sales-savvy, performance driven, experienced wellness/Med Spa Business Manager with the determination and focus to continue our growth.
This is a hands-on, people driven and business growth results position.
The ideal candidate is a positive communicator with a high degree of self-motivation combined with a sense of urgency.

Compensation:
All Is Well Holistic Spa offers a very competitive total rewards package than any of it competitors, which includes a competitive high salary and a wide range of other benefits.
This position offers a base pay $45K to $55K /year depends on your experience and performance.
Additionally, the Spa Manager will be eligible for aggressive sales commission & bonuses, with potential to grow.
the right fit candidate should end up with $75K to $85K/year.

What You'll Do:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
The Spa Business Manager will be responsible for cultivating and leading a highly motivated sales and service team that cares for the overall health and wellness of each guest that puts their trust in us.
You will be responsible for driving sales and creating sales goals while simultaneously training and coaching team members on best sales practices.
You will be responsible for the overall operations of the spa with full control over personnel functions, allowing you the flexibility to build an award winning team.
Overall, we want someone motivated and determined to build a the spa business, worth working for.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
Building and leading an engaged and motivated high-performing spa team (sales team and service team).
Initiate coaching sessions for sales associates, service providers on sales techniques and best sales practices.
Create sales goals for all team members, including goals and programs to drive sales for spa memberships, service sales, gift card sales and retail.
Oversee and supervise, on average 25 team members and lead on-site HR functions as request and required by the Human Resources Director Participate in progressive counseling actions for team members under performing, or for those who violate company policy.
Create, plan, or participate in marketing and/or charitable events for community outreach at least monthly.
Create and develop unique local and seasonal spa treatments and retreat events.
LEAD the whole team thriving in MEMBERSHIP SALE and retain the members.
Exhibit strong understanding and control over spa profitability and expense control Provide constructive feedback and coaching to spa staff Develop strong working relationships across all departments of the spa as an advocate for the spa location Strong understanding of retail buying for spa as well as monthly retail inventory maintenance Manage and publish weekly schedules for all team members while considering business requirements and operation expenses Assist with resolving guest complaints and focus on implementing functional suggestions.
What you need have to qualify:
Business Management Degree or at least 2 to 3 years of hospitality/Spa/fitness management and/or leadership experience or at least two years or more retail, spa/fitness/hospitality sales management experience or med spa or clinic sales experience Two years of Membership sales experience within a Spa/Massage/Wellness center, fitness, hospitality is a PLUS.
or at least 2 years of overall direct sales/marketing experience.
2 years or more of team training/coaching experience.
A proven track record for meeting and/or exceeding given sales goals.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with spa owners Strong communication skills, both orally and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and guests Have a general understanding, or willingness to learn, federal and state labor law and best HR practices.
Ability to work weekends and holidays as required and work between 40 hours per week at the spa site, as needed by business needs.
Manage single med spa location with annual revenue of over $1.
5 million Fully understand Med Spa treatment , services, Massage Therapy, Body Care, Skin Care, Acupuncture and TCM benefits.
A strong marketing background and commission sales experience and training.
A strong work ethic and self-motivation to work independently and creatively Strong team building experience and a true passion for working within a team Ability to utilize Google Apps & Microsoft products, including intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, ZOOM, SLACK Advanced Manager Level Experience with any Med Spa Point of Sale system is a PLUS Membership Sales/Retention Experience.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
